Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more within the United States.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jellyfish Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping times are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@jellyfishcosmetics.com and we will do our best to assist.
