RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Jellyfish Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jellyfishcosmetics.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jellyfishcosmetics.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Products with broken safety seals or packaging
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Promotional or complimentary items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an unopened item qualifies for return, you may return it in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required by law.
